Per Utah state requirements all renewing real estate*** licensees must have 9 hours of completed courses in Core subjects out of the total 18 hours under the new requirements for anyone renewing after 01/01/10.  This package meets the 9 hour Core requirement and contains the following:

• Cracking the Code of Ethics - 3 Hours CORE + meets NAR Quadrennial Requirement!
• Keeping it Honest: Understanding Real Estate and Mortgage Fraud - 3 Hours CORE
• Short Sale and Foreclosure Risk Management - 3 Hours CORE

***None of The CE Shop courses count toward the CE hours that mortgage officers or principal/associate lending managers are required to take. The courses are only approved for real estate salesperson and broker licensees with the Utah Division of Real Estate.
