In cooperation with the Texas Real Estate Commission and the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University, this course is being brought to you to meet your 3 hour MCE Ethics requirement for license renewal in the state of Texas.  This online course will review the Canons of Professional Ethics that guide the professional standards for Texas real estate licensees.  Additionally, this course will provide a review of key agency issues, including multiple examples and illustrations to drive home the distinctions between the various types of relationships.  The course moves on to cover critical components and issues related to offers, defect disclosure, advertising and dispute resolution.  To round out the learning experience, you will find the course concluding with a series of case studies.
