Expiration date of course: Course expiration dates vary by course but are generally one year after order date. Each individual course will have an expiration date listed in your account.
Please Note: The course Cracking the Code of Ethics (Approval # RECE001919) will no longer be approved as of 10/31/14. To ensure you receive credit for this course, be sure to sign and complete the course prior to this date.
Post Licensing: Sales licensees who obtained their licenses AFTER November 30, 2011 are required to take 14 hours of mandatory commission developed modules for the 2014 renewal. Sales licensees must take the 7 hour General Module and complete either the 7 hour Residential Module OR 7 hour Commercial Module. Currently The CE Shop does not offer any of the 14 hours of the Salesperson post-licensing courses at this time.
Final Exams: Final exams must be passed with a 75% and may be taken as many times as necessary in order to pass.
Certificates: Immediately upon real estate course completion, The CE Shop will provide students with an electronic copy of the course Certificate of Completion. Certificates will remain in your account for a minimum of five (5) years, should you need additional copies at a later time. Please refer to your renewal application to determine if you need to submit your Certificate(s) of Completion with your renewal. Course completion dates are recorded using Central Standard Time. Please note that the date on your certificates of completion will reflect this.
