Renewal Date: Every 2 years

Hours required: 21 hours

The new core course "Promoting Public Confidence Core Course" will be mandatory to renew or activate a license on or after April 1, 2011. Licensees renewing or activating prior to April 1, 2011 may choose between the current core course "What Am I and Why is it Important? Core Course" and "Promoting Public Confidence Core Course". The CE Shop offers only elective courses.

Expiration date of course: Courses expire one year after the order date. 

Final Exams: Final exams must be passed with a 85% and may be taken as many times as necessary in order to pass. 

Certificates:  Immediately upon real estate course completion, The CE Shop will provide students with an electronic copy of the course Certificate of Completion. Certificates will remain in your account for a minimum of five (5) years, should you need additional copies at a later time.  Please refer to your renewal application to determine if you need to submit your Certificate(s) of Completion with your renewal.
