This 3 hour course fulfills the Arizona state requirement for Agency Law.  Agency continues to be one of the most common areas that get licensees in trouble.  The course begins with a review of foundational agency roles and responsibilities for both the listing and buyer`s agent.  This section includes dialogue regarding express vs. implied agreements as well as questions around cancelling agreements.  The second unit of the course discusses Dual Agency, specifically the role of the dual agent, potential conflicts of interest, termination of the agency relationship and the possibility of confidentiality conflicts after such termination.  The course concludes with disclosures for Agent and Brokers including the documentation requirements.
